The Balanced Coach

Victor Olaoye - Sports Scientist, CIMSPA Certified Trainer, Fitness Qualification Tutor & Assessor and Amateur Boxer.

With over 7 years experience in the health and fitness industry. I have a wide range of experience in several settings within the industry; as an athlete, trainer and a qualified tutor who teaches and assesses others in becoming personal trainers. 
This wealth of experience has given me the opportunity to practice, and reflect on different approaches to training, understanding how to adapt sessions to work with clients to overcome their barriers to making positive long term behavioural changes meanwhile striking an achievable balance between life and training.
At The Balanced Approach, we provide a multitude of diverse and tailored effective training methods needed to achieve your goals. While striving to achieve your goal you will also benefit simultaneously from improving all components of fitness: body composition, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, motor skills/coordination, flexibility and posture.
My goal is to keep you motivated and consistent with your training by reviewing your progress and adapting your sessions to help you to break barriers and achieve your SMART goals using a balanced approach to training.
